At Warmco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

  • 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Eligible Items

Returnable Items

  • Unopened items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items received
  • Wrong items received
  • Items that don't match the description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personal care items
  • Custom-made products
  • Items with removed tags

Return Process

1. Initiate Return

  • Email support@warmco.com with your order number
  • Include photos of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Explain the reason for return

2. Receive Authorization

  • Wait for our team to review your request
  • You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • We'll send return shipping instructions

3. Package Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include the RA number on the package
  • Ensure items are in unused condition

4. Ship Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number
  • Ship to the address provided in return instructions

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer*
*Exception: Defective items or wrong items shipped will be provided with a return shipping label

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take photos of the damage
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Email support@warmco.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage
    • Description of the issue
