Return Window
- 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Proof of purchase is required

- Defective or damaged items received
- Wrong items received
- Items that don't match the description
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personal care items
- Custom-made products
- Items with removed tags
Return Process
1. Initiate Return
- Email support@warmco.com with your order number
- Include photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Explain the reason for return
2. Receive Authorization
- Wait for our team to review your request
- You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- We'll send return shipping instructions
3. Package Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include the RA number on the package
- Ensure items are in unused condition
4. Ship Return
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number
- Ship to the address provided in return instructions
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer*
*Exception: Defective items or wrong items shipped will be provided with a return shipping label
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email support@warmco.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Description of the issue
